What events have complicated your conflict further

why does he keep im having his fathers body there's nothing that he can do with it and its going to haunt him because hes going to think that it was his fault that his father had died because  in the begin of the story it talked about that 

Do you think that your characters will solve the conflict without causing more harm?
I think that they won't since he is trying to understand how he can but  he cant since he think its going to ruin him but i think it won't since he is the main character .
